Future Plans for Northam Boulevard
The Perdaman Group has announced plans to redevelop the Northam Boulevard Shopping Centre and has started construction in the carpark as part of its solar initiative.
Northam Shire chief executive officer Jason Whiteaker said the ‘end game’ of the project was to position Northam as a true regional centre.
